We are currently hiring for an Accounting Technician position. Below are the details for the role:

Position: Accounting Technician
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug screening, and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily financial and operational functions for the ORM team through efficient coordination, communication, and resource management.
- Track and prioritize requests in Jira, following up on open or overdue tickets.
- Perform entry-level accounting and administrative tasks, including processing purchase order requisitions, invoices, and P-card transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and proper account coding before entering data into financial systems.
- Accept, post, and issue receipts for payments.
- Monitor accounting activities against budgets and prepare financial summaries, budget deviation reports, and revenue/expenditure statements.
