Clerical Administrative Assistant

When you join our office, you'll earn a competitive pay of $18.00 - $20.00/hour (based on qualifications), and work a standard Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm schedule. You may be asked to work outside of these hours if needed to meet business requirements.

What do we need from our Clerical Administrative Assistant?

• High school degree or GED equivalent
• Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to manage your time effectively, prioritize competing tasks, and balance multiple responsibilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
• Willingness to help management and staff with additional responsibilities around the office
• Preferred - experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service position
• Preferred - additional education beyond high school
• Preferred - ability to take initiative when applicable and adapt to changing priorities

As our Clerical Administrative Assistant, you'll help keep our daily operations running smoothly by assisting management and team members with various duties around the office. We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person who's willing to jump in wherever needed to keep things going well. Highly attentive to detail, you'll assist with general data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping responsibilities. Outside of that, you'll provide general office support, assist with special projects, and contribute to efficient operational processes.
