Driven by talented employees with a strong commitment to safety, we deliver quality products and services that exceed customer expectations in every market we serve.This position is responsible for overseeing Fuel Truck Drivers to meet customer needs and resolve issues while ensuring the highest level of safety.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintains an up-to-date listing of assigned driversEnsures access to an up-to-date route sheet for each scheduled routeEnsures that each scheduled route is appropriately covered by utilizing available relief or substitute driversMaintains an accurate daily attendance roster of driversDemonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of DOT regulationsOversee transportation of fuel, inventory levels, daily pricing, market movement, warehousing, deliveries, reloading with minimal downtime and efficient route planningEnsure that drivers clock their time accurately and that any write-in time is accurately reflected in the daily reportCoordinate with drivers to resolve any issues, problems, or concerns that arise during deliveryPerform a variety of clerical support duties as assignedCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and geographic location.Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and morePaid time off to include vacation time, six paid holidays and sick pay.Monthly bonus opportunities401(k) plans with company matchCompany paid life insurance and short-term disabilityRequirementsExcellent communication and customer service skillsMust be available to take calls on weekends and eveningsMust have at least 2-3 years of experience in previous fuel dispatch
