Responsibilities * Answer and manage inbound service appointment requests (phone, text, email, online, chat) * Respond to all customer inquiries within 30 minutes * Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently * Collect and document customer and vehicle information * Confirm appointments and communicate details clearly to customers * Maintain accurate records in CRM/DMS systems * Coordinate with service advisors and service drive staff Qualifications * Customer service or call center experience preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills; dealership or automotive experience a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
