We are passionate about guest service and delivering memorable experiences to all who enjoy Tamarack.Licensed Massage Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality, professional spa treatments that support wellness, recovery, and relaxation for guests of The Spa at Tamarack. LMTs will work with guests to assess their needs and deliver tailored services in a peaceful spa setting. This position requires a warm demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Perform a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage and body treatmentsGreet guests and provide thorough consultations to understand needs and tailor services accordinglyMaintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environmentUphold professional standards in line with state licensing and spa protocolsEducate guests about the benefits of massage and recommend aftercare or future treatmentsAssist with spa operations, including laundry, room setup, tidying up after guests, and monitoring supply levels to ensure timely reorderingMaintain up-to-date knowledge of spa protocols, massage techniques and wellness practicesActively promote the spa, treatments, enhancements and retail, as well as promotions and/or discounts availableProvide excellent customer service to guests, Club members, Tamarack homeowners, and fellow team membersMonitor schedule to keep appointments moving smoothly through the spa, via computer or mobile deviceQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply—Spanish or other second languages are a plus.Reasoning Skills Ability to assess guest needs and make appropriate decisions regarding treatment techniques. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Gratuities are at the guest's discretion and can significantly increase overall earnings. This compensation structure provides stable pay with opportunities to earn more through performance and guest satisfaction.
