This role will ensure cross-functional projects have clear roadmaps, appear on prioritization lists, and are accounted for in our planning tool.Requirements* Communications degree or Project Management certificates are nice to have* 3+ years of strong project planning skills, including scoping, sequencing, and milestone tracking* Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities* Clear, proactive communication with cross-functional partners and leadership* Risk identification and mitigation, able to flag issues before they become blockers* Comfort working with product, engineering, and content or design teams* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking deliverables* Must have tools experience: Project management platforms (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar); Roadmapping and status reporting tools; Collaboration tools (Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar)Nice to have:* Experience working in a large matrixed organization* Background in customer support, help content, or knowledge management* Familiarity with Agile or scrum ceremoniesJob TypeContractCompensation46 - $56
