What You'll Do You'll deliver polished, personalized nail services that make guests feel pampered from the first welcome to the final shine. Every appointment is an opportunity to combine technical talent with thoughtful hospitality.
- Perform exceptional manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail art, French manicures, and specialty treatments
- Provide relaxing hand and foot massage techniques that elevate each guest's spa experience
- Consult with guests, listen to their preferences, and recommend services and retail products suited to their needs
- Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining service quality and a calm, welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain a pristine, organized, fully stocked workstation and treatment area
- Follow all sanitation, sterilization, safety, and infection-control procedures in accordance with Texas regulations and resort policies
- Work closely with fellow spa professionals to create seamless, memorable guest experiences
What You'll Bring - A current State of Texas Nail Technician or Cosmetology License
- Proficiency in manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail art, French manicure techniques, and nail care best practices
- A sharp eye for detail, including precise nail shaping, polish application, and artistic design
- Knowledge of nail health, sanitation, sterilization, and safety procedures
- A friendly, confident communication style and a natural ability to make guests feel comfortable and cared for
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment while maintaining high standards
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and service tracking
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or freelance setting is preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred
Physical Requirements - Ability to perform repetitive hand movements with precision
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
