Be the execution engine behind a fleet that's scaling from 150 to 300 units. We're looking for an elite dispatcher to own freight sourcing, rate negotiation, and route planning for a book of 10-15 drivers no chaos, no fire drills, just clean execution on a team that doesn't tolerate dead weight.

What You'll Own
Source freight from existing customers and 3PLs. No cold-start prospecting. Just execution.
Negotiate rates that protect margin without losing loads.
Manage 10-15 drivers , keeping them safe, on-time, and moving.
Plan routes that maximize profitability on every load.
Own the board using TMS software and the DAT load board. No guesswork. No missed capacity.
